Jawbreaker Scarf

Just finished my Jawbreaking scarf (yarn from Madeline Tosh) and I am absolutely in love with it, luckily we've had a cold spell in Los Angeles and I've been able to wear it for almost a week solid.

I originally started this scarf with a very different pattern, but I felt it really wansn't showing off the yarn and switched to this purl soho pattern (Trellis Wrap), honestly such an easy pattern, I had it memorized for car knitting before even finishing the first round.

Of course the step from the old pattern to the new jawbreaker themed pattern (I see the lattice as little round balls a lot of the time because the stitch hangs a bit) wasn't a short process, this project took to the shelf in September 2015, only to rise again in 2018 as a stash buster! So happy to have a new scarf right before my trip back to the bitter North East.
